Our Process
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an interdisciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community.
Application and Screening Process
Our application and screening process consists of our using the checklist analysis and holistic approach techniques. Integrating the two allows us to identify and manage risk, as well as provide support focusing on the client's wellness. Most clients will originate via a shared referral source. This could be a doctor, nurse, caseworker, social worker, community leader, or another client's family. This approach will allow our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client and therefore make an informed decision about what each client's needs are.
